At the risk of seeming superficial, here's an idea I did years ago after building a vibration platform to cover a branding mark I did not enjoy looking at. I plan to do the same for a new DAC I bought for my computer workstation system. I expect some folks who have built DIY projects of their own design might enjoy a label such as this for their work, from a pride of ownership POV, and/or basic identification purposes for future owners to know about the various features of a particular DIY project.
