Onkyo AVR TX DS575. 2000 model. Volume doesn't display on LCD read out. No volume selection choice. Displays "22" when first powered up, but then disappears. Just stays at "22". Can't adjust loudness.

I'm assuming it needs a volume control board but am unfamiliar with this technology. What might be wrong and where can I buy parts?

I've had the online service manual since I first posted this. I have the parts numbers that I think may fix it. Where are service techs buying their parts?
