Regulator for Philips AH-673 tuner power supply

Hello tuner fans, I have a Philips AH-673 tuner that I believe has a defective regulator on the power supply. The part is a 15V four pin regulator called IC1 regulator on the schematic. On the part it says: F 7717 and below that the Philips #: 612153-1 and below that Korea. If someone familiar with this tuner can help me with locating a replacement part, I would greatly appreciate it.
