Who has ever heard of the pioneer work of Philo T. Farnsworth? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fusor He invented the electrostatic nuclear fusion and his work can be replicated at home once you were ever bored of audio DIY.... Please be careful, lot of X-rays and high energy neutrons must be carefully managed in order to prevent hazard and personal injury!
