I have an old ASL AQ1003DT amp - EL34 push pull.

I am trying to figure out how to set the bias on the tubes. On the right hand side of the chassis it has points to measure the individuals tube's the bias, but I cannot find any place one any place on the chassis even a single pot where I can adjust the bias.

I have another ASL amp and each tube has a little adjuster to set bias, but this one in particular there nothing. Kinda weird as it seems it has the facility to measure bias. Why measure bias if you cannot set it? I opened it up and cannot see any pots on the circuit board where I can adjust either.

If anybody has a similar amp or experience with the older ASL's and know what the low down is on this I appreciate some advice.

Thanks
Cleet.

The measured voltage should be 0.4 Volts across the measurement terminal.
The terminal is on the side of the amp with the four pot holes. Four holes provide access to small pots and the single terminal at the rear is the point for the meter with ground coming from the speaker ground terminal. Position 1 on the measurement switch is "off". Followed by tube ( EL34) 1, 2,3,4 from left to right.

Aaah, I never realized those were the adjusting pots. Man, crappy eyesight ain't no fun.

Thanks Chip, you're a life saver buddy.
