Opinions on Magnepan MG IIIa

A local dealer has a pair of used MG IIIa which look to me to be in very good condition, but I have not been able to audition them in the store because they are not hooked up yet. Have never heard these particular maggies before. Do any of you maggie fans have an opinion about this particular model? Thanks in advance.
