Maybe some of you saw this elsewhere on other postings on other audio boards but .. Check the link below for the case of Mark L. Schifter of Longmont, CO who runs AV123.com. Mr. Schifter was recently indicted by a Colorado grand jury for running raffles ostensibly for charity but in reality, the grand jury alleges, he kept over $180,000 of the money over a period of 5 years between 2004 and 2009.
