How to connect the Tango XE-20S OPT?

The data sheet is in japanese.
Which end of the secondary winding to the grounded speaker output, is it 1 with the dot? SG to ground rail or directly to the chassis?

The dots are phase dots, i.e., they tell you the start of the winding, from there you apply the right hand thumb rule.

3 = B+
4 = screen grid, if you have one; otherwise not connected
5 = plate of the output tube

Typically,

8-12 is the selects the desire reflected primary Z
1 = Ground
