I just bought this amplifier (the newer mark 2 version). Does anyone here own this amp and, if so, have you rolled European EL84 like Mullard, Amperex, etc. ?? I'm aware that Euro EL84 have their pins wired a bit differently so I just want to be safe. There's a weird, cryptic statement in the owners manual about "some NOS tubes are unsafe" That's all it says, no mention of the Euro thing. In the 6Moons review, he did roll Ei and Amperex EL84 but I just want to be 100% certain. I rolled Ei in it safely already but I don't know if those are wired like Euro or not ...
