Thank you Music Lane! We love ya!

Now we lesser types have a place to hang on the lane!

The others, if they need to visit the red headed step children, can come over here! And when we need a dose of upscale, we head over there!

I have the house to myself this weekend, and the stereo will be on 11 the whole weekend, except when I am passed out drunk.

I will play cd's. I will play lp's. I will play laser discs. I will play video concerts on VHS.

Lessee, whadaya say I post this:

I Rocky Roaded this AM to Uriah Heep - Look at Yourself. An excellent cd, the recording was released in 1972 or so. Classic Byron era Heep before he snuffed it. Great stuff!

I also played an lp by a band called Streets. Anyone know who that is?

Oh, man, I would surely go if I lived there in the USA... Unfortunately I live very far from there, I live in Brazil. And I don't think they will come here. Booo-booo-boo!!!

Hi Dave,

Ya, I still can't believe that setlist! Listening to YesShows
to reacquint myself with some of the songs that I haven't listened
to in a while. Should be killer! Also looking forward to
hearing Kansas' new songs, and seeing the original violinist.

Cheers,
Jim

you don't know what you're missing. Fleetwwod Mac's "Dance"; Pink Floyd "Pulse" & "Delicate Sound of Thunder"; Eric Clapton "Unplugged"; Mariah Carey "Unplugged" & "Here is"; 10,000 Maniacs "Unplugged"; Eagles "Hell Frezes Over" ...

I still am looking for Metallica "S & M", but gave up waiting for Aerosmith "Unplugged"; Ratt/Vixen "Unplugged": Queensryche "Unplugged"

Marillion as in Fish or as in Steve Hogarth? Just curious. If i was going to spend the weekend on my own getting drunk it would be Misplaced childhood and Clutching at straws. If i was with some mates getting drunk it woulkd have to be singing along with all of Seasons End.

For you all Marillion fans out there, posted on June 25, 2000 at 05:23:10
You should also check out another excellent British band in the same musical style and from the same period: IQ. Among the several albums by this great band my personal favorites are "Subterranea", "Ever" and "The Wake".

Happy hunt, and enjoy.
