As quoted in The Wall Street Journal: "The lyrics were about how great my new stereo sounded."

Happy listening,

I love these WSJ Anatomy of a Song pieces. They're always interesting.

Interesting. I saw them live back in the day. I made the assumption it was a drug inspired song. A lot of them were back then.

Well told great story of a favored tune!...Thanks!... N/T, posted on July 13, 2016 at 11:44:45

Hard to believe how well their music has aged, posted on July 14, 2016 at 09:35:24

They were really good, weren't they?

Thought they were a just a radio band whose music I enjoyed hearing on the radio. Yes, I was already like that at 13 years.

I few years ago I got a BEST OF CD just because I had to hear ROCK ME again and I was surprised just how good the songs still are.

Thanks for the notice.
