Obviously an epic lineup. As a young teen in then mid 70's, I just missed seeing those performers at their peak.

As a mid 50s slug, I envision such an event as this-looking up the entire time at some ginormous stage and spending most of it looking at the video screen. A ridiculous carnival atmosphere with corporate booths pushing their wares. TMZ psuedo celebrities in their VIP tents endlessly taking selfies to post on Facebook.

Hopefully a DVD will be released. As a jaded SoCal native, the experience of shelling out $$$$,traffic and sunburn just isn't the same as when I was 22.

Maybe Mick will do a surprise small club gig in LA.

People are going to pay silly money to go to a giant outdoor event to look at a bunch of has beens on jumbo trons. I'll pass.

Saw The Who in the mid 90's on one of their many farewell tours. It was pretty good but even way back then there were moments where I thought these guys are too old for this stuff. A few minutes watching the video of the more recent Hyde Park concert was about all I could take.

Now I prefer to crank up the remastered Live at Leeds and marvel at what a force that band once was.

Saw The Who and McCartney decades ago and have no interest in seeing them in their old age. I heard what the ticket prices are and I couldn't help but laugh. I saw those guys when tickets were $6.50 apiece. $1600? Not a chance pal.
