and being treated as some sort of Messiah by nearly an entire generation of people
needing/hoping/insisting on a new one?

Hanging on every word, imbuing deep meaning to every utterance and action, turning
every line into gospel, analyzing, analyzing, analyzing.

And then it CONTINUED for years and years...

I think Dylan's great good humor is one of the main reasons he survived it all and remains
active and relevant.
