I think these kids are pretty cool considering age and how well they play together.

Seeing kids take the time to learn how to play, and then play together in time gave me a big grin. The Twilley piece was nice.

at the bluegrass fests. Kids wailing away like little Doc Watsons....it all brings joy to me heart.

I am out of the loop on amateurs performing. All the shows I have taken in are pros that need to be paid. We have a hall that features a lot of local and regional talent but the great majority is stuff I have no interest in seeing. Lots of metal, reggae, disc jockey, etc.

good chance that kids will be jamming away from the stage area or they sometimes have a kids segment. Last one I saw was 15 or so little folk all playing fiddles...
