here are 7 volumes of various outtakes, demos, alternate mixes etc etc.
They download pretty slow. I have listened to Vol 1, 2 &3 and am pretty happy with the sound quality. The material is excellent and in some cases the versions here are better than what was released.

I've listened to 4 tracks and they sound very good. I like demos and boots. At this point I'm not even convinced these are actually the Rolling Stones but it's a typical phase for me with this kind of material.....

Are some of the download site better than others?, posted on April 8, 2014 at 11:08:00
I get 'not available' on some, even after registering. Or is it something I am doing wrong.

Thanks!

I tried it from 2 of the other link sets and neither download would allow me to open the files and transfer them to Applelossless. I am now download it from the top section, it will be a while until I finish...

I couldn't handle the slow downloads - not for me. I ponied up the 12.99 for fast downloads - this is for a month. Hopefully I can find more stuff to use them for. BTW there was one offering $8.00 for a weeks use.

I registered but I don't see a tab for downloads? Am I missing something?

cannot help here...maybe someone else knows.
I know that 3 different downloads of CD1 Vol. 6 fail to open and allow conversion to the format I use. Pure frustration.

I did not register either but I did the premium download - got all 8 downloads in less than an hour. Volume 6 contained 2 cds and consisted of 2 downloads - I had a little bit of a problem but both downloads extract into the same directory. What confused me was that parts of disk 1 were in each download.

This set is now in both my FLAC and my iTunes databases. Pretty cool, the tagging was partially complete and they came with album covers.

Neat stuff. Yes it sounds good.
