Can You Stream Music via Bluetooth from Android to a Win 10 Computer?

On first approach I guess most will think "of course". The fact is I am unable to get this to work and after a lot of research on the web it seems that it cannot be done as it appears that the existing Bluetooth facility in Win 10 does not allow streaming from devices (it was there up to and including 8.1).There is no downloadable fix. Your opinions and advice please. Oh, BTW, Android device is a Galaxy S7.
