That is allows me to play music from my Music Library : Play Pandora

Any suggestions ?

That looks like something people abandoned in favor of tablets.

I used to ask this question and so far have not got a good answer. I have 4 SBTs and they continue to work well, so I am not in any hurry for anything else.

Go to Sonore.....

Their SonicOrbiter based on the Cubox

And their upcoming microRendu with built in Regen, - will be killer.

LMS will see either as just another Squeezebox. You will assign it a name and choose the Squeezelite option, and you got another Squeezebox.

I got 3 amp/speaker systems ,around my house . I'd like to just
use my as the source and have a wireless node at each system.

I don't want to have to connect up a iPad to each system.

Thanks

Willie

I have 3 Duets.
Two of them feed DACS and the simple bedroom system goes straight to amp.
Recently I have been having strange thoughts of changing.
The best I have thought of so far is the Auralic Aries Mini.
It allows a hard drive to plug straight in and I can just use something as a remote.
I'm not very keen on tablets at all as computers but have a netbook that currently runs the hard drive.
The local outlet actually uses one to play music round the shop.
I'm not in a rush, but I'm selling some old gear and might just try one.

Have a look at:

HW plus SW.

And even cheaper and more powerful, feature rich and more flexible then your Logitech stuff ( which I used to own myself) ever was.

You can easily switch to Volumio/Moode/Rune on the same HW, if you want to try different SW.

Good luck.

Hi ! there is an app to control the SB from a smartphone/tablet
I have a Touch and i am impressed by the sound quality.
Very nice little streamer. Easy to find used on the 2nd hand market i guess.
Kind regards,

I replaced my SB3 with the HEOS Link when Rhapsody wouldn't play on it anymore. The HEOS Link will play Rhapsody, Spotify, Tidal, Internet Radio, Pandora, and several other sources. It will play music stored on a server on your network. It will play music on a USB drive (I have a thumb drive plugged into the back).

No display on the unit, control and display is via a phone or tablet (Apple or Android). Sound quality is good, equal or better to the SB3 in my opinion. The internal DAC is better than what was in the SB3, no real need to use an external DAC unless you have a better one.

Price is about $350. It won't play any resolution above Redbook CD (16 bit / 44 kHz) if that is important to you, but I'm perfectly happy with the way it sounds playing Spotify premium.
