Another post on CMP reignited my interest in this program.

What flavour do I need?

For my machine CPU-Z says I have an Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo P8400. Under instructions it says MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4.1, EM64T, VT-x.

Does this mean I could install any flavour? If so why would I choose one over another?

Lastly is CMP still relevant with Windows 10?

Why would I choose one over another?

Versions using Intel's more advanced instruction sets needed less time to do their thing and were thus meant to be sound better. I've not compared different versions (my audio PC is SSE3 only) but, off the cuff, I'd suggest installing the one that best matches your CPU's capability.

Can't comment on cMP2 w Win 10.
