24/192 AIFF Problem

First off, this is my playback system: Mac Mini running 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) iTunes 11.1.4 Pure Music 1.89 (last version before PM 2) Wavelength Crimson DAC (32/192) I downloaded an AIFF 24/192 file. Pure Music shows it as "Not Native" and is down sampling the file. It's playing from memory, so that's not the issue. I don't have any other problems with any other 24/192 files, either AIFF or FLAC. Does "Not Native" refer to the type (AIFF) or resolution (24/192)?

Try a tool like MusicScope and analyze the file
