Dedicated USB output card ?

I am thinking of getting a PC which is dedicated to CAS.

I read before there are some PCI USB output card (which I cannot recall now) that is dedicated for audio purpose. I read that they have very good voltage regulators on board for this purpose.

Can someone point me to those website ?
