Or alternatively does anyone know of a workaround for the Sonos requirement? Does Deezer Elite have a stand-alone PC app? I'm on Spotify now, would very much like to go to lossless streaming and Deezer seems to have the best catalog. Otherwise, I guess I'll try Qobuz or Tidal, but Qobuz still doesn't seem to be available here officially and I read that Tidal doesn't yet have gapless playback.
