After enjoying TIDAL for several months, I decided to sign-up for the 15 day free trial of AmarraSQ. I have used Amarra on my MacBook Air as my music program and knew it was a high quality product. I really was not prepared for the sound improvement that SQ made. For $29.95 it's a no brainer. I have Sonny Rollins "Saxophone Colossus" on CD, ripped to Amarra from CD, on TIDAL, and downloaded from HDdtracks. I ranked them,TIDAL-CD-ripped copy-HDtracks. With SQ, TIDAL jumped ahead of CD and was even with the ripped copy. Anyone using TIDAL should try the 15 day trial for themselves. I LOVE cheap upgrades that work!
