I got a little dac/headphone amp from Schitt the other day.

They say to just plug it in and select it in the operating system.

But my operating system says 'unidentified device installed' when I plug it in. Then it doesn't show up in the audio control panel.

I've updated the usb driver and I know the port I'm using works. And it's not in a hub or anything like that.

Any suggestions?

I've called them to ask for help but they don't pick up the phone and they seem very slow about returning calls.

It's a joke, right? Well, I had to check, yep, it exists. Looks very neat, too.
