...and it has RCA, 3.5mm, and Optical Toslink input.

What is the situation/scenario in which you use yours, Abe? , posted on December 13, 2014 at 21:33:37
...At first blush it looks like a nice product.

I'm just not quite sure how, where or why I might use such a speaker.

on the patio, if there is power. And if you don't mind carrying 13 pounds, when you travel. It shames the others I heard, Bose, Sony, Beats and a few others.....

I use the Marshall on my home office work computer when I want much better sound for YouTube videos and WebEx teleconferences.

It puts out 80-Watts and requires AC power so it's not exactly portable, but being a single box, it's easy to move from one room to another.

In the summertime we bring it to the backyard patio for guests when we BBQ and eat outside. Guests are free to 'pair' their own phones and play their own music or we stream something from our computer.

When we had my wife's nephew and kids visiting for a week, we put the Marshall in the kids room so they can pair their phones / tablets for music and games.

Don't expect good stereo separation (there is none!) because it's not a stereo setup. But as a single box bluetooth box, it sounds excellent and is easy enough to move from one room to another.
