As of around 7PM Mountain Time last evening (October 22), Mark Gilmore, Harry Blazer and any companies associated with them are no longer involved with Atma-Sphere Music Systems, Inc. in any capacity. Ralph is now the sole shareholder of Atma-Sphere. Distribution will now be handled in house at Atma vs. thru Glacier Audio.

Harry Blazer, That's mighty "ethical" of you to step down and give Ralph back what he rightfully owned. I hope to see the same sort of ethics displayed by you and Mark going forward with the marketing of your Gilmore speakers. Cheers, OTLguy

Ethical? Perhaps you meant "generous", since Mark, myself and Ralph were all equal owners, and therefore what Mark and I gave back was our equity, which was paid for by me and in turn given back for free.

I take it everything has been amicably resolved?

Ralph owns double his previous stake in Atma-Sphere Music Systems, Inc.? I truly appreciate the decision you have made and believe you will never regret it. As you can tell, Ralph has meant a lot to a lot of people. I have to believe Glacier dealers are extremely happy with this turn of events as well. I hope you sell truck loads of Atma-Sphere equipment and Gilmore speakers as well.

What ever the motivation for the change of heart, I for one am thrilled with the out come of this horrible situation. Unlike many of you who have dealt directly with these gentlemen and know them first hand I have not had the pleasure. I am, however, a small business owner myself, there are decisions/situations that are acted upon, for what ever reason, that after some thought would have been handled or dealt with in a totally different way. As one who has been following this saga for the last several weeks I applaud all three of the party’s involved. Business sometimes can be a cruel undertaking. It seems that the issues have been resolved. It also seems that the Atma-Sphere company will continue to exist as we have come to know and this alone should be enough to allow this to end as well as the chastising of any of the three gentlemen. Again, thanks to all three and good luck with any future endeavors...........Bob
