I found this Jan Hammer video from 76. It says it Steve Kindler but it sounds a little more like Jerry Goodman to me. I know Kindler played with Jan Hammer after he played in Mahavishnu II, you can see Kindler on live at Montreaux 74 doing Apocolypse stuff. I dont know, the tone and some of the licks sound more like Goodman too me. I saw SK live in 77 and on the 74 video and he was clean shaven both times too. I cant make the still large enough on this tablet to see facial features. Even if it is Kindler in the pic doesnt mean the audio is him.Also the tune Topeka is from the Goodman Hammer album. So maybe Kindler is doing a Goodman imitation. Finally after the solos and as the track comes to an end it sounds like the guitar work from the studio version which Goodman did.
