Does Chris even care?

First they came for the dumb-asses

So this is a cello rendition of Rach's Second Concerto?

Maybe not the most arresting you'll ever hear, but still very musical - not just rattling off notes. Some of her Chopin Competition performances are on YouTube - so listen with caution! ;-)

But if you want to be "up close and personal" with her, here's an interview done for Italian news media:

I'm assuming you mean the Dutch (AVRO) performance on YouTube? Madeline wasn't impressed with it at all. (Thumbs down, she says!) I thought it was OK, but it was recorded in such a way that the clarity of the piano articulation was reduced - I don't think this was entirely (or even mostly) Fedorova's fault, and I'll bet the CD you showed in your OP is better in this respect than that broadcast on YouTube. It could make a lot of difference in our reaction to the playing.

OTOH, I'm amazed that that video has gotten three and a half MILLION hits. I wonder how the build-up for THAT got started?

BTW, I loved that one comment on YouTube: "Let Anna Fedorova blow your mind in the key of Rachmaninoff!". That must have been some strong stuff that guy was smoking! ;-)
