It's actually called Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways. Not a fan of the FF, I almost didn't watch the one a couple of weeks ago on Nashville. I'm not a Nashville fan either but I'm glad I did watch it. I just watched the one this week on L.A. Both were quite worth watching and each tells the tale of a particular studio and folk that recorded there. It really tells an interesting story and does it very well. By the end there is I think one song by the FF at that studio and with someone or more sitting in. Since the LA show is fresher in my mind and still playing I will say it did segments on the Germs, Daniel Lanois amongst others. They have tons of great footage AND tons of incredible still photos in these shows. TIVO or whatever. It is good stuff.
