Atmos - MMGW Sideways?

I know there was a thread a while back. I just wonder if anyone has done anything with Magnepans for Atmos recently. I just sent my Emotiva XMC-1 in to trade up to the XMC-2 which can do Atmos and DTS:X. Looking at the Atmos guidelines and measuring my room I could swing (literally) a pair of MMGW's as front height speakers. BTW ... next month the Philadelphia chapter of AES is hosting an Atmos demo and presentation from Dolby engineers. I'll share if anything interesting happens.
