I write to ask if there are any Quad ESL(57), 63, 988, 2805 owners in the Pittsburgh, PA area who would be willing to let me listen to your speakers? I would be happy to reciprocate with an audition of my system in return.

 Hey, George. I'm the proud owner of a pair of rebuilt and upgraded 63s. They spec and sound better than new, from what my repair guy, Kent at Estat Solutions, says.

I'd be happy to have you come by the house and enjoy some sounds. Cd and fm only here. I have a collection of classical, jazz, blues, world music and roots of popular music. Bring a couple of sides, if you like.

I'm down in Canonsburg about a mile from the 79 off ramp.
