Since so many reviewers talk about how the MMC2's w/DWMs sound as good as the 3.7's, has anyone tried a tri-center system with just dual pairs of MMC2's and DWMs?

I'd love to create a built-in with the complete system included.

Also, what sub would work best to add to the MMC2 and DWM combo?

How would you build in dipole speakers?

The same way Magnepan has them shown built into a cabinet.

The same way Magnepan shows them being built in.

So you don't mind running them as monopoles?

I heard HP's "Super Maggie System" with 20.1 mains, stacked CCR centers, 3.6 rears and five(!) Nola Thunderbolt subs.

Wasn't as pretty, but it worked. :)

Note: I don't actually run them as monopoles when in use. In use they are rotated out so they are at a 45 degree angle to the listener, but functioning in dipole mode. The white backing you see in the frame is just more Maggie cloth to hide what's in the cabinets when the speakers are open.
