We're taken the poll and on a 2 to 1 margin, inmates have expressed an interest in a requiring registration for posting in the General Asylum. So as to not make it too difficult for new users and to address this preference, we've decided instead to add an additional venue that will be limited to registered inmates only. So here it is.
