Lundahl LL7903 VS LL1674 for line input duty

I need high level balanced input to SE tube grid (10y) 1:4 transformer. I assume both can be used. Would the difference in performance only be dictated by the core used (amorphus via mumetal) when both of them would operate in 1:4 configuration ?

The overload figures are not so different and I can't see you at such high levels that there would be an audible difference between them that is solely due to the level. Wojciech Audiophile Posts: 4129 Joined: June 23, 2009	Since the amp will have balanced input with low impedance I wonder If I could string LL1540/LL1521 High impedance trans for RCA input. Not very elegant but maybe it would work as a substitute for an active stage?
