Just bought one on Ebay. Turned out to be a sealed copy from the new Blue Note "Tone Poet" series that includes an essay by Fred Kaplan. The essay ties together "Katanga" and "The Fox," with emphasis on Bolton. Great sound and a brilliant album, as is "The Fox."
