I finally cleaned and played an Eric Dolphy "Far Cry" that was sitting in the basement for 25 years, and I discovered a crazy mistake.





I decided to read the back of the jacket and to search discogs for the release information. I became confused, because the songs on discogs did not match the songs on the record jacket. I also noticed the label number did not match the number on the front of the jacket. When I finally stopped looking at the trees and concentrated on the forest, I noticed what you see in the picture below.

Yep. It happens. Sonny Rollins' Alfie is incorrect as well

Yeah, they used to do that from time to time. A Lightnin' Hopkins album with a picture of Rev. Gary Davis on the cover, a Stan Getz album with somebody else on side two ....
