Hello!
Has anyone built this efficient open baffle speaker? Any comments?

Thanks!

It's got a box and a vent. This is not an open baffle speaker.

Yes, I just saw it. Sorry, however, it didn't say much about the size of the box anyway.

Kinda resembles the old Hammer Dynamics 12. Not an open baffle design BTW.

Well you've got the height, the width and the volume.

Shouldn't be too hard to work out the depth. ;-)

It is all on the plan/drawing that you posted (even the depth of the cabinet).

I have not built it, but here is a link to a promising project. It is not super high efficient because the crossover point is used to compensate for the Eminence Alpha 15 in an open baffle, but it is probably about as efficient as you are going to get with a reasonable size. There is a more efficient design on that site with to 15" woofers and a Lowther (http://www.quarter-wave.com/Project10/Project10.html), but it is pretty big an a lot more expensive.

BTW, what is the efficiency of this speakers?

Do you guys suggest to build to pairs and stacked them -- one sit on top (upside down) of the other speaker like a d'appolito speaker array?

Or just double everything based on the same drawings made it like stacking 2 speakers but in single cabinet
