where to get a good terminal for simple point to point crossover wiring?

If had some Romex then could use pieces of bare ground wire inserted into the board but something like this would look neater - guess in this case a 16awg solid wire inductor's lead would suffice when everything is hot-glued

I believe you are looking for something like Mouser item number 538-Y140. On Mouser's webpage for this item the picture is wrong. The catalog page shows the correct item.

These work well for crossovers. Similar item found at Home Depot.

Those are what I use. Work great. Heavy duty and accept large/multiple leads.
