converting Klipsch AA to ALK Super AA - Are Erse polyester caps pretty good ?

looking at 16ga Erse round wire air coils,250v polyester caps and regular cheap 25W wire wound 10ohm resistors as the cheapest option. do the Erse polyester caps have copper leads? - or copper clad steel ? seems like they should sound as good or better than standard metallized polyproplylene.
