It depends on what drivers are in them and their condition.

How effective do you think the midbass horn is 150-600hz?

It's probably a JBL 4560 knock-off, or very close to it, so it should be fine 150-600Hz, if the driver isn't a POS. The driver could be good, but it could be a cheap replacement.

if the cabinets are plywood and not water damaged, I'd take a chance on them even empty at that price - dunno about the HF horn -
