I bought this on the advice of an out of state buddy whose opinion I trust. I just unboxed it an hour ago. It's a monster. Big and heavy. And sounds spectacular. It's a relief, actually. I knew it would be stylish and beautifully made and sound good. Didn't know it would sound GREAT, but it only took 20 seconds of my favorite Norah Jones song ('Painter') to realize this was in a different league from what I'm used to. I've listened to some Lawrence Juber guitar, and right now I'm playing the Art of Fugue performed by the Emerson String Quartet. Everything sounds stunning. The cats are mostly fascinated by the box. :) 'A lie is halfway around the world before the truth gets its boots on'. -Mark Twain |
