I suspect that Dolly would look better than average no matter what she did but a bit of plastic surgery helped augment her natural beauty.

I'm a leg man, not a boob man. I don't care either way and Dolly knows that everyone talks about her famous boobs so here goes: At the height of her commercial fame her boobs were even bigger than they are now! Thankfully (her backbone is SURELY thanking her), she had a boob reduction dome a couple of decades ago.

I wholeheartedly agree that Dolly has one of the best voices in popular music today.
