All I can say to that is- 6am, smartphone, fat fingers.

Do you know how to email someone from this site or are you just in ball breaking mode? ;^) ;^)

Just a little help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

If an inmate has already contacted you via email, you should be able to simply reply to him as you would normally do with any email using your phone, tablet, or computer.

-----------------------------------------------------------

If you wish to INITIATE an email with an inmate,
click on his name as shown below.

Then type your email in the box below and hit the Submit Email button

Thank you.

I've been receiving emails from members interested in a sale item. I tried replying to the email but it bounced back. I tried searching for them but I can't find them.

Thanks

Vince

You'll see that those emails are sent from aa-user, but when you click on Reply, you'd see the Reply-To email for the inquiry.

If it bounces, then it's because the user entered a bad email address or if it's a registered and logged in user, then the Inmate hasn't updated his profile to reflect a new email address.

You can try a search for the Inmate from Inmate Systems and send it via our emailer, but if the user hasn't updated a changed email addy, that won't help.

Put a post on General (or another page if the inmate is known to hang out there) saying "Pinging [Inmate]" and ask for a response.

Happy listening,
