When I tried them and their server didn't respond I just figured "OK, they're down for maintenance". But that was several weeks ago and I still get no response from them.

That's totally Bizarre!

I have a fiber optic connection and have no trouble with it whatsoever. I have never experienced this before and it makes absolutely no sense. When I type in waves.com or www.waves.com nothing happens for about 20 seconds, and then Firefox tells me the server timed out. I can go to a website that checks your speed and the needle just immediately shoots up to about 95 or 100, but I can't connect to Waves.com. What's up with that?

Thanks for the tip. Changed to Google DNS and web pages are now just instantly loading, instead of taking seconds. But I still can't get waves.com to load. Keep getting the message that the server has timed out. Weird. Using the latest firefox version 37.2. Don't know what else to do!

Try updating your version of things like Adobe Flash Player, Java, etc.

Or, a necessary plugin may be disabled.

:)

I dunno. Could your ISP or Antivirus be blocking them? Have you tried from another network like a smartphone or tablet & cellular service?

Try Chrome.
