Difficulty with HD tracks website

 I bought set of headphones and surprisingly got a $25 gift certificate for HDTracks. Good, right? Wrong! I find some stuff to buy on the site go through the purchase / Cart process enter my certificate. Website says invalid code. I contact HDTracks they tell me to register the code somewhere else on the site, I do but it still does not show in the order. Anybody else have any experience, luck with his?

I used to have that problem ALL the time with HDTracks, but not recently.

Also, did you get their download software to manage the track downloads? I believe it was created for them by JRiver. Prior to that, the HDTracks Java based downloader was a horrendously unreliable P.O.S.

I haven't had problems with HDTracks with recent downloads as of a couple months ago.

 I had a problem with my two (so far only) downloads a couple weeks ago, on an iMac, using the latest JRiver downloader app.

Two songs didn't fully download (Roundabout on the Yes 24/96 'Fragile' album) and another one on a classical 24/96 album (one of the movements). I don't think the problem was related to the selections etc..

I emailed them and they 'reset' my purchase whatever, and I simply tried again. I DID set the thing to download only ONE selection/song at a time, the initial attempt had 3 going at once. This time everything worked great.

I think it re-downloaded the entire Fragile album (all the songs) but only the one movement in the classical selection that had an error. I don't know nor care the reason why ...

Everything seems AOK with the songs/albums now. Good luck!
