As amusing as "Stairway To Gilligan's Island" was, what came afterward was ugly. Led Zeppelin's thug manager Peter Grant was reported to have had the members of Little Roger and the Goosebumps hunted down and beaten up by goons. He then sued the band and forced them to destroy all the unsold copies of the record. I read that some years later Robert Plant finally heard the record and thought it was hilarious.

What's ironic about that is the band has been in a legal battle over "Stairway to Heaven" being plagiarism........ In fact, the courts have recently ruled against Zeppelin.
