Is anyone else having trouble with Homegrown Audios customer service? It seems they don't really care about the customer. I ordered a few pair of their midline silver plated RCA connectors for some cables I am building. I placed the order on 7/17 and paid by PayPal. When I log into the website to check on the order it states "awaiting fullfillment" They don't return emails or phone messages. I currently have a PayPal dispute against them because of the delay. If they really care they should at least contact me and let me kow what's going on. If Anyone else having problems with them let me know. |
