 Hi Mike, sorry I am not very good at insults. I am a long way north of the Michigan border, at least 9-10 hours drive.

 That's pretty far north. Are you around James Bay? My sister lives in Kingston, Ontario.

 I have friends in Kingston and go there from time to time. Yes I am quite north, but not that much. Part of the problem is that most highways go east-west so going south to get to Toronto, Winsor, Detroit is a challenge and time consuming. I am pretty much in the middle of nowhere due north of Kingston.

 As far as insults,we do it all in fun and it's only on rare occasions just to keep the monotony out of the conversation.Which US state are you nearest to?

 New York State is due south of me.
