Unable to place an online order

Wanted to order for the UVC kit, but after adding all the items to the shopping cart, selecting USA as the country, it gives an error "No shipping options available". After this I cannot proceed and the ordering is stuck. No matter how many items I add, it always shows 0.00 kg as weight.
Looks like the online ordering site is broken. Sent an email, but no reply yet

We have changed email address to info at diyhifisupply dot com because the previous email addresses are full of ad and junk. Please email to that address. We will assist you to complete the order.

We haven't put weight there for that kit therefore you could not check out. Sorry about it. We just get a new opencart module to manage it easily. This should be solved soon.

We haven't seen your email. We would like to investigate to prevent it from happening in the future. Did you send email from our contact us page or you emailed us directly?

Brian, my order 257 has been placed on Sept 30 and payment done and so far I have not received any communication if it has been shipped or not.
Can you please followup. I have sent repeated emails but no reply.

The order was shipped and tracking information was emailed to you a day or two ago. If you didn't receive our email, please let us know. Sorry we were not able to reply you promptly because we were in business trip.
