This could be the best symphony orchestra in China...... Posted a post-COVID performance, without social distancing, in an empty hall.... Performing the Shostakovich Fifth Symphony, conducted by Lin Daye..... This is in most part a very solid performance........... Orchestra has strong players in the flute, clarinet, and trumpet, the strings seem on par with a lot of good European and American orchestras...... Since there are so few symphony orchestras performing on stage during the COVID pandemic, it's good to know that there are a few signs of returning to normalcy in the concert hall.
