As of yesterday I've cycled over to my TDSS nuforce Ref. based configuration (VH Audio Symmetry XLR, Aether Audio MBB/AC & BJC 5T00UP extended speaker cables) configuration. This will last for the next few months and to kick things off I grabbed this one for my first weekend listening session this fine Saturday morning with the boys...

Then its off to manning the chainsaw. Joy.

I hope you wear hearing protection (for the chainsaw, not for Earl Wild)!

I like Earl Wild's performances, but I somehow missed that album [nt], posted on May 23, 2020 at 09:49:45

I have hearing protection headphones that I bought at Home Depot for lawn mowing, but I've found that my Sony noise-canceling headphones (WH-1000MX2) provide more ambient sound suppression and also let me listen to music or a podcast during dreary lawn care.

Glad you're taking care of your hearing. Being a deaf audiophile is no fun.
